“I've been in Gainesville for more than 5 years. If I would have to go back to Gainesville, I would not hesitate moving back into The Continuum. It is also superbly located, being both very close to campus and to all the activities happening in downtown. They also have many activities that help those of us that are not from the area, as most people in grad school are, to make new friends, network and find everything we need within the residential area. The staff is always on point with the residents, and the installations are second to none. “The Continuum is a definite number one place to live for those in grad school, and I am very glad I was able to spend half of my time there as a resident of this place. The staff is really flexible and kind to its residents. Not having to furnish an apartment and having everything included is great. “I really like the convenience of it all. Each apartment is fully furnished and comes with classic features such as faux wood flooring, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, private bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, and spacious closets.
